The Finance Manager, Duane, was friendly, quick, and also thorough with the process. Horrible Customer service from sales after purchase! I purchased a 2018 Civic. After going through all the paperwork and the dealership preparing the car it was late at night. I drove the car home. The next day my drove the car an noticed a chunk taken out of the headliner on the passenger side by the door well. I reported it to the sales person. They told me to take it to service. I went in to the sales department and showed it to the sales manager we worked with. They said they had a person that came in on Fridays that deals with this type of issue and the service department could do nothing with it, what I thought as well. I never heard back from them and reached out multiple time with nothing. I was also promised a class to show all the tech in the car and what everything could do. Never received a call about. this is not the first issue I had with this dealership, but will be the last time I will go there. Before I went to Browns when Annapolis was unresponsive. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Brown's over the years and never ever had an issue. More

Amazing exciting purchase of ‘19 Odyssey I will start with saying that my husband and I had not bought a new car in over 10 years. We knew Honda had wonderful safety features but no idea what I will start with saying that my husband and I had not bought a new car in over 10 years. We knew Honda had wonderful safety features but no idea what we were about to get. We knew we wanted at least a 7 seat suv. Dan was our sales person. He was amazing! He showed us all the features and was so patient. We test drove the pilot and the odyssey. I never thought I would buy a minivan, but the space and features were unbeatable! Dan made the process quick and painless and I could not be happier! He wasn’t pushy or to quick he showed me all the choices. We love our new Odyssey and we will be back when my husband goes to upgrade. Thanks Dan! More

Steer Clear of this Dealership I am Honda loyal and always knew my next would be an Odyssey. I found the one I wanted in Annapolis and that was the first and last time I will be go I am Honda loyal and always knew my next would be an Odyssey. I found the one I wanted in Annapolis and that was the first and last time I will be going to that dealership. Staff tried to "steal" my sales from one another. The sales person barely knew the features of the van and was not at all familiar with it. The financing department took advantage of the fact that we had been in a car accident that week and needed to buy the car in the new few days. Even with an 820 credit score, having far above any required income amount, and putting almost half of the cost of the van down in cash, we received an absolutely outrageous interest rate. I will never recommend anyone going to this location. My previous experiences in Bowie were far superior and I will go there in the future. More

First experience buying a CR-V from Honda of Annapolis My salesman Mark Rivers sat down with my wife and I to find out just what we were interested in. After that he took us for a test drive in a AW CR-V H My salesman Mark Rivers sat down with my wife and I to find out just what we were interested in. After that he took us for a test drive in a AW CR-V Honda, during which he explained the basic features of the car. Upon return to his office, we negotiated an acceptable offer and purchased the car. During the process, he did not try to influence us with additional options. He was truly a non-pressure salesman, and explained all of the features of the car. Also, Mark put permanent tags on the new car, called my insurance company which faxed a ryder to my policy showing the new car. And contacted the MD MVA and obtained a registration document. And then we completed the finance transaction. Then we drove off with our new car--all of this took about 4 hours. That was a week ago and we are enjoying our new car and also enjoyed the experience-thanks to Mark. More
