Unlike the other dealership I attempted, the vehicle was actually there, and they allowed me to take it for a test run - even though I didn't need to. While it may have been one of the easiest transactions to facilitate, they made the process seamless by not trying to upsell me on things I didn't need or want. Actually gave me a a little bit more on my trade than I was expecting. Very friendly and cordial atmosphere. If the dealer wasn't 40-50 minutes from my home, I'd take my vehicle there for its regular maintenance - that's how confident I am in their service. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a new/used Honda. More

When it came time to buy a CR-V, I knew I could count on the same standard of excellence from their Sales Dept. I got my TrueCar facts from my credit union’s car buying service, and Jason Jones called me in minutes of my inquiry. Jason talked with me for the better part of the 5 o’clock hour on a Saturday afternoon—before dealership closing—about the CR-V and answered my many questions. When my schedule finally permitted, my wife and I showed up at the dealership showroom the following Friday afternoon. There is where we met Vicky Henderson—Jasons’ off-day. Vicky did our test drive, tirelessly worked with us on the colors and, with superb product knowledge, she navigated us through the intricacies of the trim levels...EX L vs EX L w/NAV vs Touring. Then, once we narrowed color and trim level down, Vicky shepherded us to a terrific deal on a CR-V Touring! Wow, did Vicky work hard for us this day! The whole showroom group, sales, finance, etc was spot on for us this day. Jason Jones and Vicky Henderson make an awesome sales team!
