We filled out the necessary paperwork, both Vicky and Mikhail provided excellent customer service by explaining things and answering our questions. Worst auto transaction ever - Staff is awful Bill Painter and mgr Alex were the worst. Gave us a hard time with financing because we had a bank check. Told us we could not have the vehicle for the price we wanted, the advertised price was for Honda financing only. WOW! Bill raised his voice at us about not signing some paperwork, that did not need to be signed because we had our own financing. They were very rude and very unprofessional. We will NEVER return to this dealership and will not recommend them to anyone. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is not how you treat cash paying customers, or any customers. Alex lied and gave some ridiculous reason why he needed to pull credit and then what he was looking for was not even on the credit report. So that defeated the purpose of pulling credit. Then Alex states "oh , I trust you". The whole transaction process took to long, we had a check. They like to drag the process out. Again this does not make for good relationships or happy returning customers. So there you have it Bill and Alex, no returning customers for service which is where I believe you make your REAL money. Hope your Boss is happy , but then again maybe he doesn't care about how his dealership is performing or these reviews that people write in. He should. More

James came in on his day off to help me buy the car. I asked James to please don't make sit through the finance part and have to through all the warranties and things. James had all the paperwork ready to go and the finance guy didn't even mention the extended warranties. Never have I had a better experience purchasing a car than this one. She was on her phone the whole time and if she wasn't on her phone she was not present to answer any questions I had. But then to make things worse I got screamed at by the finance guy telling me that I didn't have a "real job". Also they didn't want to mention to me that they put me at the highest interest rate without telling me. I WILL NEVER come back or recommend this awful place to anyone. More
