Everyone was so kind and did not act rushed rude or frazzled. The vibe was so nice and comfortable. The staff made me feel listened to and cared for. I got a booklet with all the special things they took care of with the used car to ensure I was getting a great quality and safe feeling vehicle. I really loved that they replaced the breaks among several other things to make the cat feel brand new. The car looked and drove like it had zero miles on it.
