He showed me a sign off sheet and did not correct me when I signed on the wrong line, which resulted in a service contract being added to my purchase without my consent. He also proceeded to enter selections on an iPad without giving me an opportunity to review them. I take responsibility for not reviewing the printed paperwork to make sure that there was no service contract, but Edgar's behavior was less than transparent and made me drive 2 hours (1 hour there and another hour back) to correct the mistake. Recommendation: I would recommend Honda on Grand, but I would ask for anyone else than Edgar for the financing portion. I understand that finance is incentivized to sell service contracts, but Edgar's behavior was unacceptable. Rating: 4 out of 5 stars, with 1 star deducted for the shady behavior of Edgar in the finance department. More
