Dave made my appointment for 10:30am and told me it would be under an hour for an oil change and tire rotation on my CRV. Around 1pm, I went to service to see what was taking so long and my car was "next". be under an hour for an oil change and tire rotation on my CRV. Around 1pm, I went to service to see what was taking so long and my car was "next". Dave then asked if I could come back tomorrow after I have already wasted 2 and half hours there. I said I could not come back again. After that, my car was done in about 25 minutes, which made me wonder if they even did the tire rotation, but hey, I got $10 dollars off for my inconvenience. Pfff. What a joke. More
