Received a quote from sales staff called Sam. Asked what was needed from me to place an order on a new 2022 Insight (back ordered). Received an email from the sales general sales manager Mariusz Michalczyk was needed from me to place an order on a new 2022 Insight (back ordered). Received an email from the sales general sales manager Mariusz Michalczyk thanking me for working with Sam. I asked Mr. Michalczy how do I go about placing an order on the Insight.. Crickets.. A day latter I emailed both the sales person and the general sales manager asking them to follow-up with me.. still crickets.. Glad they showed me the kind of customer service they provide.. will take by business elsewhere .. More

So I have purchased a few vehicles from this location. Have had great service with those transactions when accompanied by others. I guess don’t go in unsure of what you want to purchase but willing to Have had great service with those transactions when accompanied by others. I guess don’t go in unsure of what you want to purchase but willing to spend $32,000…because you will not get any service at this location!! To walk in and have a sales team huddled around (3-4 middle aged white guys) at the door… only to see a women walk in.. to then have mutter and then disperse into the back office as if you guys were busy! Please note they were not! Was one of the rudest experiences I have witnessed in sometime. I called the location and spoke with the whom ever heads sales.. they stated they had no inventory and was extremely argumentative. Save yourselves and go to the other Honda located on grand! They stayed open late for me and where wonderful! I will never waste a penny on this location! L More

Left car with out oil or very low light came on within leaving the shop , the timing chain was replaced due to being stretched still grinds on overnight cold start , the car looses power randomly depends leaving the shop , the timing chain was replaced due to being stretched still grinds on overnight cold start , the car looses power randomly depends on how it starts , they still pushed me away with excuses , funny the guy they fired was the same guy working on my car ,. They should of owned up to it , instead of giving me excuses about the car being normal , it is not I have compared it with other same models ,. Do not go here they are not honest and take shortcuts ... I will be contacting Honda Corp with videos and proof neglect More
