Worse service department I have ever been to! Incompetent technicians and rude customer service staff. I took my 2016 Honda Accord there to have them check a rattle noise under the hood.They h Incompetent technicians and rude customer service staff. I took my 2016 Honda Accord there to have them check a rattle noise under the hood.They had the car for 3 and a half days and at the end of that time they called me to say "We can't locate the rattle and we can't continue to waste labor hours on your car, come pick up your car". I was absolutely shocked, I had expected a Honda dealership to actually care about their customers. In addition, they left me stranded at work the first evening without a loaner vehicle, the customer service guy (Mike) informed me "they didn't have a loaner vehicle to give me" when I called him at 4:30 pm to get a status update on the car. They did not call me one time over day 2 or day 3 to give me a status update, I always had to call them. I was also informed by Mike that David Abraham (the service manager) was too busy to get on a phone call with me. I picked up my car and took it to Valley Honda in Aurora and they found the problem (transmission mount) after an hour and a half inspection. 3 and a half days Honda on Grand "worked" on my car! The service technicians and staff at Honda on Grand are absolutely incompetent and they do not give a crap about their customers. I am currently working with Honda Automotive on America on a case against them and I intend to take this thing as far as it can go. They will treat you like crap, DO NOT GO THERE! More
