Thanks Lynn Zeman for great service I left my 2002 Honda Oddy minivan for inspection of front end noise. I thought a suburban pothole had broken something in front suspension system. I left my 2002 Honda Oddy minivan for inspection of front end noise. I thought a suburban pothole had broken something in front suspension system. Lynn called me and said after a test drive and lift inspection they could not find anything damaged. She said one front strut is leaking fluid and probably should be replaced soon. I decided to hold off on the replacement for a while longer. I wanted to be certain the car was safe for my wife to drive everyday. It is. I then asked Lynn to replace the transmission fluid while she had the car for the day. Thanks Lynn for your honesty and great service! Mike Foster More

The car hit all the points we were looking for, low miles, one owner, AWD, leather—but during the test drive, the 'Check Engine' light came on. The Sales Mgr. had the car inspected and came back to tell us it needed a new timing chain. since I knew that a new TC was something we would eventually need anyway, we agreed on a price that included the repair. It cost a bit more, and we had to wait 3 days to pick the car up, but it was an 'unknown' that we wouldn't need to be worried about. Fast f'wd to today; took the car to my mechanic to check out another CEL, expecting that an O2 sensor was bad. No, it's the timing chain. The car has less than 30k on it since we bought it. He showed me how the timing chain has stretched to the point that the chain tensioner is fully extended. It is easily 2-3 links longer than the new chain. In 30k mile, and not hard miles, these were easy commute miles. He's never seen that in 40 yrs of working on cars. Plus, other parts that would have been replaced along with the chain obviously were not. So either: A) The timing chain was never replaced, B) It was replaced with a used/aftermarket part, or C) who knows. Bottom line, something ain't right. Too many other Honda dealers around to even step foot in a dealer with any hint of shady dealings. More
Great Experience I went to this Honda dealership to just look at new cars since my last car was totaled. Guillermo was so great during this experience. If he didn't ha I went to this Honda dealership to just look at new cars since my last car was totaled. Guillermo was so great during this experience. If he didn't have an answer to a question, he found out. He was really patient with me when trying to find the right car especially since it was two days after that terrible rain and snow we had! The finance department was on top of it as well, and made leasing the car quick and easy. Highly recommend! More
Rude Finance Manager Ruined my Mom's Car Buying Experience. LONG REVIEW ABOUT PURCHASING A CAR HERE. So I went to this Honda dealer a couple weeks ago with my mom because she was in the market for a new vehi LONG REVIEW ABOUT PURCHASING A CAR HERE. So I went to this Honda dealer a couple weeks ago with my mom because she was in the market for a new vehicle after her car of 16 years broke down with a costly repair that didn't make sense to repair. We had visited other dealers and drove some other models of cars. The Honda model was the one she liked the most and she wished to purchase it. We dealt with salesman Daniel who was nice enough, my mom liked him, which is all that mattered to me. He worked with us on price. Even though he wanted to make the sale that day, when we worked out the numbers, the payment would have been higher than she could afford as a retired widow, so we had to leave. We talked in the parking lot and myself and another sibling decided to give her some money so that her payment could be brought down and she could buy the car she wanted. Who wouldn't help their mother if they could, right? So we went back in and talked to Daniel and said we did want to buy the car and asked him to write up the paperwork. My mom had been preapproved from her credit union for a car loan at a low APR that we were told in advance Honda would not be able to meet or beat. We were told that still it was mandatory that we fill out a credit application so that they could make sure she wasn't a terrorist or criminal. This sounded odd to me but I was told it was mandatory. After some research later I found that they do need to check for these things, but a credit application isn't necessary. Your ID will provide them what they need. It's a common dealer ploy to have customers fill out an application even if they have their own financing so they can offer them financing of their own. So we got the wool pulled over us on that one. Other than that, filling out the paperwork with Daniel was just fine, my mom referred to him as a "nice young man". Things went downhill when we sat down with finance manager Luke Miechowicki. If you have to buy a car here, do not work with this man. He is a discredit to the entire dealership and he ruined the entire car buying experience for my mother. Mr. Miechowicki got around to offering my mother the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty. She told him that she couldn't afford it and I let him know that myself and a sibling put whatever money we had to help her purchase the vehicle. As much as she wanted to have that warranty, we couldn't afford it that day. He told her that if she came back another day that the price would go up $1200! However he would give her until Monday (gee thanks). I said that unfortunately we wouldn't be able to work it out by then. He then said to my mom, and I quote, "if you can't afford the car, how do you expect to be able to pay when it needs a repair??" Seriously, this is what he said to a 70 year old woman. I was thinking about how I could get this warranty for her so his comment didn't fully land until later. My mom was grabbing my leg, and later told me that she wanted to leave and not buy the car because of this man's rudeness. I wish in hindsight that I would have paid more attention to her and I would have walked her out. Mr. Miechowicki then offered her a loan for a longer term with a higher interest rate so she could purchase his warranty. (this is where that credit application comes in). I said absolutely not, if a person can't afford a car with a 60 month loan, they can't afford that car. She isn't financing at a higher rate just for a warranty that could conceivably be purchased later. After we turned down everything Mr. Miechowicki offered to us, he rushed her through the paperwork with minimal explanations about what she was signing in about 10 minutes and we left his office. He was not at all personable or friendly. I understand this man wanted to make a commission, but this is not our responsibility to make sure he makes money. We needed to make the best deal for my mom. I am however thankful that Mr. Miechowicki did not make an additional penny off of my mom. My mom got her car and Daniel helped her hook up her phone and set some radio stations. This review is in no way representative to Daniel, who was polite and helpful to her. I'm sorry that his name has to be associated with this review. Later at home my mom told me how bad Luke Miechowicki made her feel. She said she wanted to cry and regretted buying her car from Honda on Grand because of how small he made her feel because she didn't have a lot of money. I was and still am furious. I'm mad at myself that I didn't protect her from this, but more than that, I'm mad that 15 minutes in this man's office ruined what should have been a happy experience for her. The experience of buying her first new car in 16 years made her feel like crap. I personally would never buy a car from this dealer as long as someone like Mr. Miechowicki is treating customers like he did. I could also not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
