Keith Huspen initially followed up on my inquiry. He was forthcoming and patient. By the time I ended up being able to make it to the dealership to purchase my vehicle, Keith was out of town. He actually emailed me back from wherever he was just to tell me that he wouldn’t be in. He told me Danny Estevez would be available and to contact him. Danny was also very helpful and patient. Answered all of my questions prior to my visit to the dealership. He was patient and walked me through all of the technology when it came to the car. He also entertained our children while my hubby and I were signing papers. Luke finished off the transaction with a breeze. He was professional and courteous. My car buying experiance To avoid the game played at almost all dealership I use internet to communicate with the sale people. I bought from this dealer in the past S k Nd it was a positive experience. After I explained what I want in details we agreed about the selling price. My sale person, Keith called me as he promised two days later that they received the car for me. The entire process was smooth, the finance guy, Julio was OK he wasn't trying any tricks on us and the entire buying, signing work was done in a reasonable time frame. The only thing I don't like is just the impression that after everything was done and we took the possession of the vehicle but still had some questions to ask since for us the car we bought is a very technologically advanced vehicle, nobody has time anelonger to talk to us like we were somebody but by signing the selling invoice we lost our usefulness. This is the one negative what I have to say about the entire event. We love our Honda Accord Touring 2.0T in Kona Coffee Metalic and loughing at people sitting straight in their SUVs. More
