O.K Service, Poor Taste in my Mouth The service itself was fine, everyone was as polite as can be in a sales environment. What I didn't like, was the lack of cooperation with my needs as The service itself was fine, everyone was as polite as can be in a sales environment. What I didn't like, was the lack of cooperation with my needs as a customer. I ended up leasing over purchasing due to not coming to a price we can work with. My job was keeping my family afloat as I support two out-of-work parents; and I needed the best price by having a car to keep my job. The sales person had the gaul to "have me think of how this deal will effect him". This isn't his purchase, it's mine. And the diffenerence in price in question was $1000. You can't budge on a better sale price of a base model car when I have a large cash downpayment ready to go? Also, I told both people I was working with SEVERAL times "I have plates, don't make new ones". They made new ones. I was frustrated beyond myself and I only ran through the ordeal to get it over with. What's worse is that they were very persistent on not changing my plate information with the state because it will take too long and it's too much work. I'm sorry, am I making you do your job? Overall, I was underwhelmed after my first (very positive) impression. More
