I had in mind that I wanted a White Pearl Honda EX-L but then Jerry walked me over to the White Diamond Pearl Honda Touring on the show room floor and I immediately fell in love. The car was everything I could have asked for and more. Jerry was extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had about the car and providing my parents with ease of mind during my purchase. Bad service I have a really bad experience on Honda on Grand when I bought the car they force me to take extended warranty service. When something happened to the car I bring it to the dealership there attitude was really bad . No you are there enemy they treat you like a xxxx. That guy i talk to is a xxxxxxx. His name is Norbert Binczak . He is not helping me. He supposed to helping me as a customer. They said I need to call the warranty people they're not going to call them for me, so I call them while I talking to them He ask the warranty people u guys pay for the physical damage. That's not his business to ask them the question. He asking them u guys pay for this or not. Let me deal with them. Also he exaggerating the situation so badly he put in fuel on the Fire. While I'm talking to them he bring estimate and telling me I have to pay for the wheel and everything. He telling the warranty people you guys not supposed to pay for the wheel and everything. They know what they got to do, they don't need his opinion. Also he telling them i give u the total estimate so u guys can denied the clam.The guy I talked to the warranty service he even telling me what's wrong with the guy he's not helping you anything. So my suggestion is do not go to the Honda on Grand. Even if you go do not buy extended warranty service. I am a Indian guy,I am going to put this on facebbok, twitter, Instagram. Also I am going to tell all my friends and family's and all my community. Also they cheat on my Towing Bill tow company only charge them $240. They told me the bill is $300 and I called myself and they told me the charge is only 240. They try to cheat on me a $60. More
Unprofessional and confrontational I went to the Honda On Grand the 1st time after a 30 min drive to get more information on the year end sale for Honda Accord's. When I stepped into th I went to the Honda On Grand the 1st time after a 30 min drive to get more information on the year end sale for Honda Accord's. When I stepped into the showroom, no one seemed to notice until after 20 minutes someone from the floor asked if I was helped. After another 10 minutes I was greeted by Tom Kosorog who was a Sales rep. I told him clearly that I was looking for a quote on the remaining 2017's and I'll continue my research with other dealers before I'll commit to buy. He seemed to started questioning me as if I was trying to "scam him" and generally had a very negative vibe. He was giving me numbers from the top of his head and I asked if I can see something on paper. He abruptly responded that only the Manger can provide those numbers and went to call Dion Glass the Sales Manager. Dion walked up to me in a confrontational manner and said "The payment will be $455 a month". I asked for documentation to which he responded that it was "common sense" and said he did not have time to "educate" me. All of these confrontations occurred within 50 minutes of entering the dealership, I've never experienced something like this before. Obviously I lost my cool and left the premise feeling delighted I didn't have to deal with this place again. I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership, if they can't even be professional I highly doubt they'll be ethical. More
