Good deaership but not necessarily the best price Joe was great, answered all our questions, very helpful and courteous, a great guy to work with. He introduced us to a manager whom I specifically as Joe was great, answered all our questions, very helpful and courteous, a great guy to work with. He introduced us to a manager whom I specifically asked if there were any specials they could do for us and was told by the manager "only if you do financing" which we were not going to do. Found "HONDA specials" on-line and got calls from other dealerships with specials going on. In follow-up call to Honda Grand, I asked but was still not offered any on-line or other specials. So I get a price quoted thousands less from another dealership on the same exact car and all of a sudden Honda Grand can lower the price to match. Why didn't the manager just give me the best price from the start? I didn't have to come back and ask a 3rd time for a price reduction, which I did only due to proximity and because we liked Joe, I could have just gone on to that other dealership.... More

Fastest car buying experience ever! I called Honda on Grand and spoke with Sam. I told him exactly what I was looking for along with how much I was willing to put down and pay monthly. H I called Honda on Grand and spoke with Sam. I told him exactly what I was looking for along with how much I was willing to put down and pay monthly. He called me back about 20mins later and was right on with what I was looking for. I asked him to have all the paperwork ready and my husband and I would be in. Sam let us know he would be out for the evening and to ask for James/Jim. Jim was great he had the car up front and all the papers ready to be signed. We were in and out in know time. I would definitely recommend Honda on grand in Elmhurst and Jim and Sam. More
