The process was mostly hassle-free, though we did end up being at the dealership for almost five hours (9:45 AM-3:30 PM) through lunch with no food provided or readily available. This is obviously not something that a dealership is obligated to take care of, but it would have been a well-received gesture, especially for a young family who is making a new car purchase and somewhat locked into staying put for an extended amount of time. We have a three year old, so things got a little dicey towards the end. This is perhaps something the team could be a bit more attentive to. We found a few scuffs/scratches on trim pieces when we were getting ready to leave. Both Ray and David were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. We do have to bring the vehicle back to have the pieces swapped out, which is a minor annoyance, but I was grateful for their eager assistance. Despite the long wait I was very happy with the process. In the day or two following the purchase the team has been super responsive to a number of questions and requests. I would definitely recommend Honda on Grand. More

Rude, rude, rude I visited Honda on Grand to shop for a used car with my husband. The first half hour we spent test driving cars with our salesman was fine. They had s I visited Honda on Grand to shop for a used car with my husband. The first half hour we spent test driving cars with our salesman was fine. They had several of the same car, similar miles, history, etc. on the lot. When we settled on one, we had some questions about the CarFax report - a discrepancy with the dates of when it was sold and when they acquired the title. The used car manager, Dan Ditusa, came over to explain, saying "the girl" quit and the other "girl" left the paperwork sit on her desk. Okay, you call your female employees girls (RED FLAG!). Our salesman came back and we began negotiating a price for the car. He immediately called his manager, Dan Ditusa, back over, who assured us that their prices were the lowest of any car dealerships in the area (not true), but came back with a lower offer anyway. We then counter-offered, and that's when things went haywire. Mr. Ditusa became very upset, accusing us of "playing games" (actually, we were hoping to buy a car that night), wasting his time (a total of 10 minutes), and "doing our research" (guilty). We kept trying to get up and leave and he just kept talking, at one point telling us he has five kids to support (irrelevant, even if it's true)! I finally stood up, handed him my card and said to call me if he changed his mind. He then THREW THE CARD BACK at me across the table. So we left. That was my first experience of buying a car without my Dad. Admittedly I'm inexperienced, so maybe I was doing it wrong, but we remained polite throughout. There is no excuse for the way Mr. Ditusa talked to us. If your prices are "no-haggle" like a Carmax situation, then be up front about that. Otherwise, don't pretend to act shocked when someone asks you for a lower price and fly off the handle. A simple "no" would have sufficed. Consequently, I went to work on Monday and discussed my experience with coworkers, three of whom had experiences that ranged from "rude and unprofessional" to downright shady. I won't recount those stories in this review because they are not mine to tell, but I would not recommend anyone do business with this dealership. Also, I'm pretty sure they sold my phone number because I have been getting non-stop robocalls about car warranties since I shared my number with them. We went to another dealership two days later where I bought the same car at a lower price, and with a much more pleasant customer service experience. How much I saved, I'll never know, because we never got to "out-the-door" pricing with Honda on Grand. However, based on everything I know now, we dodged a bullet. Don't be lured in by attractive Internet pricing. It's not worth a bad car-buying experience and potentially getting ripped off by these clowns. More
