She has raved about this gentleman since she purchased her vehicle , so I had to see what it was all about. We went in without an appointment or any prior call to Joe. We were greeted by a group of about 5 young men as we hit the door. When we asked for Joe, they dispersed and Joe was called. He immediately greeted us and addressed my friend by her first name. I was impressed by this as I can imagine how many people a car salesman must talk to. He warmly shook my hand and invited me to his desk. He asked if we would like a beverage before we started.He asked what I was looking for, and most importantly, LISTENED TO ME ATTENTIVELY. When we went for a walk he mentioned the option of a Honda Certified Pre-Driven vehicle. I listened to him and asked if he had anything I might be interested in. His knowledge of the inventory helped the process go at a comfortable pace. Within about 1- 1/2 hours later I left the dealership in a Certified Pre-Driven 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L model with only 10,000 miles and saved THOUSANDS. All I can say is go see this amazing gentleman if you want a Honda. He treated me like family in a smooth and courteous manner. More

At some point my parents and I stumbled upon this dealer and saw a 2009 Toyota Camry for about $9,600 online. It looked like a nice, affordable and reliable car, so we went to go check it out. As soon as we arrived at the dealer we were greeted by Jakub Kot, a smart, well presented young man. He showed us the car, we took it for a spin and as a family, me and my parents, we decided that it was indeed the car we were looking for. When we got back to the dealer Jakub presented us with some of the best customer service I have seen in quite some time. He was friendly and easy going, as well as relatable, since him and I are both 20 years old he was able to comprehend what it's like to make such an important decision on such a tight budget. Once we spoke about the car a little bit he was able to give us a great price on the car. Truly Jakub knows how to treat a customer with care.
