I live in Indianapolis and found a used 2002 Lexis on Honda on Grand's web page. I called and talked to someone and said I would like to see it and buy it if how they presented it on the web site was ac Honda on Grand's web page. My wife and I drove up at noon on Saturday and they had it in perfect condition. I am 58 years old and this is one of a couple of dozen used cars I have purchased over the years. This is absolutely the cleanest, best running care over 2 years old i have ever seen. It runs like a dream and smells like new! (The previous car I bought from an individual, very nice guy, smelled like dogs with a hint of jock strap. I will definitely check out Honda on Grand before I buy any car. Great place to buy a car! Khoa Pham (KP) was excellent. He was helpful, cooperative and respectful. If my friends or family were buying a Honda, I would recommend Honda on Grand and tell them to ask specifically for KP. cooperative and respectful. I was a bit ticked off when I learned that KP would have to share the sales commission with another salseman named Bob Swanson. Mr. Swanson sent me an email that I never read after I made an on line inquiry. I never met Mr. Swanson and I never spoke with him on the phone. KP spent a few hours with us and made the whole experience better than its usual awful. I am sure Mr. Swanson is a good person, but he should not benefit from KP's excellent work. I am a 3 time Honda on Grand buyer. If I were to come back and hear that KP was at a different Honda location, I would take my business to that dealer. That is how strongly I feel that KP should not have to share the sale. More

Then I Called Matt who works in a finance department that we want to back out the deal for this car. I thought that I am going to have a hard time with Matt and Carl who is a sale manager, I think. I am dead wrong. I was notified that Matt has informed Carl about our situation. When I was there they said they just want us to be happy. They just cancel the deal and gave me back $5000 down payment within one-half hour. It is hard to find a car dealer like this: MAKE A DEAL AND CANCEL IT. That happens to me on Monday, 7/25/2011.
