Customer service at its very best ! My vehicle had suddenly thrown one of the error codes of death ! D4. Could have been a scarey transmission failure. Spent the night before awake spinning my brain through all the options I could think of. Had to jump start the vehivle so I didnt have to be towed. Arrived at the dealership. Was promptly triage! And vehicle on its way to the magic lift. The excellent mechanic identified the whole error issue was caused by a failing battery which hasn't survived the dingke digit overnight temp. 3 hours later I drove it home with a new battery ! Problem resolved. My relief in not having to make a major vehicle decision at a moments notice was wonderful. More
