Fantastic! I had a 2006 civic that had some idling issues. Chris got me in, diagnosed, and fixed the problem within hours of the car being dropped off. We were upfront with our sales person at Honda, where we visited first, and after test driving and reviewing numbers, Honda’s general manager called the Infiniti dealership to inform them to expect us and even get a car ready. They call this their Concierge Service and it made us feel really valued as customers. After our visit to Herb Chambers Infiniti, we decided on the Pilot E-XL. Our sales person, Norman Methe, was polite, professional, and informative throughout the process and we felt great about the pricing. They also had exactly the color and equipment combination we were looking for in their inventory. I would highly recommend Norman and this dealership to anyone. More

We knew we wanted a used CRV and found one that fit our budget on their website. We headed down to the dealership to check out a 2010 Honda CRV EXL. We were fortunate enough to be introduced to Matthew Strong to help us out. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. At no time did he try to convince us to try a newer more expensive vehicle. He truly made the whole car buying experience a breeze. We are very happy with the car and the service received from Matthew. We have bought both used and new cars from Herb Chambers Honda is Westboro in the past and will continue to remain a customer. Very quick appt for Recall work I called Lundgren Honda in Auburn in the middle of December for a recall service and would have waited 55 days. I bought my Crosstour from HC in Westboro and when I called them for my Recall service appointment it was less than 2 weeks for an appointment! Now that’s what I call QUALITY SERVICE ... AND they did a free safety point inspection, and vacuumed my car. Bravo!! More
