I feel like that he went way beyond what I am use to from a car salesman, he wasn't trying to sucker me into just buying any vehicle just so he can get a commission from the sales..he would be one guys that if I owned a car dealership that I wouldn't want to lose. We can honestly say that buying and financing our new Honda CRV-EX was a pleasant experience! Kudos to David Yang for his patience and professional salesmanship. Hard to believe that we could build a trusting relationship with David in such a short time. He really is exceptional, and I hope you also recognize his customer relations skills. No one really enjoys all the paperwork and legalese necessary to purchase and finance a new car, but Adam Tremblay made it tolerable, and efficient, and was just as professional, polite, and patient as David. It's understandable why the Herb Chambers dealerships are so successful. You have great cars, but more importantly, you have great people who understand the value in a great team...and 100% customer satisfaction! I can't think of a more exciting Christmas present than our new Honda. I would absolutely recommend your dealership (especially David and Adam!!) to all my friends. More

While my vehicle was getting serviced they offered me a free shuttle service that goes out to 10 miles! I was able to do some holiday shopping while I waited it was perfect. The most important fact about this experience is how I was told what my vehicle was going to be doing step by step. To me a great customer service agent goes a long way I would prefer to pay for great service then Bad. I will continue to visit Herb Chambers Westborough. Thanks for the great service! More

3 great sales people Rich Merlino spent upwards of an hour with me teaching me how to operate all the gadgets on my new beautiful Honda Civic. He was thorough, quick witted and made me even more convinced I had made the right choice in vehicles. The most amazing part was that Rich was not the salesperson who sold me the car! I had a short timeframe to purchase a new car and my salesperson was not available when I was ready to choose a vehicle. Maureen Sweet graciously showed me car after car, Accords, Civics, 2015, 2016 in all combinations. She did not get irritated at me, she actually seemed to enjoy selling cars. She was not pushy which shows she believes in her product. Maureen made car shopping enjoyable though I was NOT a car person. She lives up to her name. When I met Tyler I was 0% ready to purchase a car. I did not know what make or model I was interested in, I was just checking out every dealership in the area to narrow down the choices before I was willing to test drive. He was not pushy despite coaxing to that affect by his manager. He was confident that Honda is a great car and he did not have to force me to start talking numbers or drive it to be sure I would come back. He sold me on the Honda product and despite better warranties and 'sale' prices of other car makers I came back. He made a car lover out of ME! There has to be one pushy person in every dealership, maybe its a good cop bad cop thing. If you don't like playing games, when it's time to talk numbers ask your salesperson to deal with Robert Phillipo. He is a great General Sales Manager, he is honest and upfront, respectful and pleasant. More

Mostly because of Rich Merlino. He went the extra mile to answer my questions and address my concerns. You see, its been 12 years since I last purchased a vehicle and it was difficult to let go of my old car. But with 238,000 miles, it was time for a change. Rich gave me personalized attention; talked about my options; and assured me that I would not be disappointed in my new Honda Fit. Rich's professionalism and sense of humor made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. He made car buying a pleasure. Thanks to Rich, I will soon be driving my new car; the blindspots will be gone; the heater will work; and I can actually listen to the radio once again!! Thank you, Rich! June More
