Polite gentleman Matt was never the typical car salesman. He wanted me to be happy with my new car and also the payments! Matt also didn't give up on finding me a car within my budget. I knew I wanted Honda, and Matt found a way to make the numbers work for my personal financing. He found an Accord that was in my price range. Matt was also very calm and positive. "When there's a will, there's a way" I am now very very happy in my 2016 Honda Accord! I am leasing this car, and hope to work with Matt again in 3 years for my next car. More

He is really nice and helpful. I test drove a black one and made a decision on this car immediately. But two days later when I was going to pay the bill, I changed my mind. I chose a red one. I understood that this is annoying, but David did not make any complain on this change. He also recommended me some additions on the car, such as the tire warranty, LoJack...etc. He told me the pros and cons on those additions, and made me feel that he was not asking me to buy those things. Herb Chambers Honda is one of the biggest car store here in the Massachusetts, and I believe that David Yang is the best dealer. I felt very conformable to work with him, and I appreciate that he gave a very great experience to get my first vehicle. More

Great car shopping experience. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted. I was greeted by salesman David Yang. David was very helpful locating 2 cars that fit what I wanted. One was a used 2013 Accord and one was a new 2015 Accord. I test drove them and loved them. I left the dealership to think about it. There was absolutely no pressure by David or anyone else to make a deal right away. David just said he would be available if I had any questions. I decided on the new car and made a deal. David was very pleasant throughout the whole experience and he was very knowledgeable about the car. Upon delivery, David walked me through the features of the car and followed up a few days later to see how I liked it. I absolutely love the car. I have bought many cars in my life and this was the best experience I have had. More

Dealerships are all the same Drove two hours to look at a used car on the lot. I get there and am immediately told that someone put a deposit on the car before I even drove up and the woman whom I made the appointment with left for the day. Did they call me? Nope. Complete and utter waste of time, gas, and wear on the vehicle that I would have been trading in. So if you want to be let down by a bunch of sales idiots that can't even communicate with one another, then by all means go shop here. More

Our Salesman David Yang was the best salesman I've ever dealt with when purchasing a car. He was extremely knowledgable about the pilot and was patient when answering all of our questions. He worked very hard to get our deal done. When we picked up our pilot, he took the time to go over the suv to explain all of the latest technology. David quickly responded to any question we had by email while we waited for our pilot to arrive. In the finance office, Ricardo spent the time to explain all of our options and found us the best loan to suit our needs. Jim Sweeney was also a great help with helping David close our deal. Would highly reccomend Herb Chambers and be sure to ask for David Yang. You won't be dissapointed! More

I had no interest in making a casual visit and asking questions. I needed my info up front to find who'd give me the best price. The team kept their word to what I was quoted, weren't pushy, didn't try to hose me into anything I didn't ask for. Helped me get in and out quick. They were funny, down to earth.. no fake " salesman" stories.. or trying to find a reason to relate to me to make me feel comfortable to get me to buy. Just real people, doing their job, and had a great experience. I dig it! More
