He answered all my questions and totally understood that I was willing to wait for as long as it took it get the right car at the right price. It took several months but he did it! He was a pleasure to deal with and worked diligently to make sure I got what I wanted, never trying to make me compromise for the sake of a sale. Upon pick up we determined that the costs of repairs outweighed the value of the vehicle. It was tme for a new vehicle. We had done our CRV research of available 2011's on the lot and had a firm price in mind. Franklin facilitated our purchase process by helping us to have Honda absorb the costs of repairs that we had confronted earlier in the week. With his outstanding demeanor and pleasant approach we were easily able to negotiate a price that was right for us and for Honda! Franklin's approach was so atypical of the 'used car salesman' and made the process easy for us, the customer. He was a pleasure to work with. Franklin even helped us to clean out our old Honda and was eager to make sure that he executed every detail of the transactions. From getting my trade appraised quickly to finalizing the numbers on the 2015 Pilot to actually delivering it within a few hours of my initial arrival - this is exactly the experience I'm looking for. It's hard to imagine things running better than they do at Herb Chambers of Westborough, and Anthony was a major reason for that. He even grabbed my car charger that I'd left behind in the trade and held it for me. In the midst of this search, I went to a competing dealer to eyeball a used Pilot they had on the lot. I practically had to chew my leg off to escape from that dealer without buying a car. They employed every slimy sales tool in the book. On my way home, empty handed, I called Anthony to thank him for being such a wonderful salesman and a civilized human being. I already knew I was going to buy from Anthony, but my experience at that other dealer helped cement my decision in stone. Throughout my weeks-long search, Anthony remained helpful and in regular contact with me. Always quick to respond to an email or phone call, he updated me about newly-arrived used stock until one day I decided to get a new 2015. Anthony continued his helpful ways, and didn't upsell me on any unnecessary packages. He helped me get the exact car I wanted and needed, with no additional bells or whistles. We settled somewhere in the middle of what I wanted for my trade.
