Buying a car could be lengthy and painful process but in my case Jennifer and Dave offered me a good price, not only that, I asked them if I stopped by on a Saturday morning if they can finish the whole process so i can take the car the same day, they promised me to do so and they did, the whole process was over in almost 4 hours. This weekend I purchased a used Honda Civic from Ricardo Oliveira. It was a long process for me as it is a big decision and commitment to purchase a car. I came to Herb Chambers almost two months prior to look at cars and was helped by Ricardo. I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was and he did a WONDERFUL job of meeting all of my needs. He kept me in mind over the past two months and continued to think of me when trades came in, sending me info about cars regularly. When the prefect car for me came in he immediately informed me and made sure I had the opportunity to see the car. Of course I loved it couldn't be happier with my new car. Ricardo was very patient with me and my father during this whole process and we really appreciate everything he did for us! Adam in financing was also a big help. I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot from Herb Chambers of Westborough. This was my first experience with this dealership and they made quite a postive impression. He is really taking care of any my wishes, I'm not a car guy, so I do not have too much knowledge about car, before I went to Honda dealership, I worry a lots about the finding a really good reliable car, cause my previous 2003 used Subaru forester I just bought for 1 year from a private garage store and put already 2000 dollars for the repair, I just want to get rid of it and looking for a really reliable used car. Since I met Mr. Kent, my feeling is turned very relax, cause he is a such warmly person and full with the car knowledge, he listened to me very carefully and explained to me with every detail and so easy to understand for me ( I am not a native English speaker ) about any my concern, plus what I do not know at all before but very important as well. I just trust him 100 percent! I can tell, this gentlemen is not a "car dealer", he is really helping me to choice a great car for me. My husband and I had to make an unplanned replacement of my previous CRV last month, April 2013. We were on a strict budget. Before shopping for cars, I had decided I wanted another CRV and printed out the my previous CRV last month, April 2013. We were on a strict budget. Before shopping for cars, I had decided I wanted another CRV and printed out the 2013 Honda CRV Price Report from truecar.com. Our goal and budget allowed for as close to the Estimated Price as possible. We worked with Anthony Kent at Herb Chambers in Westborough: Anthony was fair, well-informed, and respectful. I never thought I would say this about visiting a car dealership, but purchasing this car was an enjoyable experience. I expected to go to the dealership and be told since this was a new car, there was no wiggle room with the MSRP price. We'd been told that for almost every new car we've purchased. I expected to be swapped out to multiple people throughout the experience, such that I printed out four dealerships I would visit if the exchange became nonconstructive. Anthony Kent listened to what we were looking for and explained the new features of the CRV while thoroughly and professionally answering our questions. We were firm on our budget and Anthony worked with us. He put together an offer that was actually a bit below our goal price. He didn't try and sell us things we did not want or did not need. He didn't try to get us to pay over what we were comfortable with. Additionally, we had our nine year old daughter with us. Anthony was patient waiting for our bathroom breaks, or for our side conversations with her. He brought her bottled water. At one point, we realized we may not be able to pick up the car on the date they said they'd have it ready. Anthony even offered to drive it to our house for us. I never felt manipulated or taken advantage of. Anthony was our primary contact person, though we also worked with Daniel Piorkowski in the Finance Department who was equally as professional, personable and well-informed. Throughout the two day period, we were back and forth to the dealership several times. A couple managers introduced themselves to us: Everyone we dealt with was a pleasure to talk with and work with. Over the past 26 years, my husband and I have purchased seven new cars between us. Of all those experiences, I would easily rate this latest purchase with Herb Chambers as the best. Ricardo was great to deal with. I was waiting for my car that was having routine maintenance done. I did not plan on buying another Accord until the fall. Ricardo was polite ,professional and low key no pressure at all. He gave me a good price on the new 2013 Accord. Mike Kelley helped with the trade in value of my 2006 Accord to make the deal work.
