I was able to get my shopping done while waiting, as the courtesy car/driver "Bruce" dropped me off and then picked me up when my car was ready and I drove off with a very clean car that looked like new and had everything completed. Justin made very sure I was taken care of and as a 75 year old widow, I knew from the moment I walked into the service area, I would be well taken care of! From the moment I drove into the new Service facility, until I left 1.5 hrs later, I couldn't have been more satisfied. They accepted my coupon for a discounted service and didn't try to sell me service I didn't need. Jerry did an awesome job explaining the work done. They even fit the recall of a AC module and delivered the car back to inside the garage bay shiny from being washed. I'll definitely come again! More
