Simple, straightforward and pleasant. A couple of things happened that almost led us to walk away. The salesman I had an appointment with wasn't there so we got assigned to Huey Ho. Turn A couple of things happened that almost led us to walk away. The salesman I had an appointment with wasn't there so we got assigned to Huey Ho. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Huey was the perfect blend of casual and formal that I like. Then we found out that the model and color we wanted wouldn't be in until after the promotion expired. Huey and Derrick found a couple other options right away that were close but not quite what we wanted. Just as we were giving up, luck came through and another car became available because it's buyer backed out. The color wasn't exactly right but it was close enough. This all happened within a couple hours and Huey made the time very pleasant. From there it was just a matter of filling in the blanks with Aaron Swain and that turned out to be an enjoyable experience too. There was never any pressure and things were explained patiently and thoroughly. This is why I recommend Honda Windward to friends and family. Lots of car dealers claim to be friendly with no pressure tactics but Honda Windward is the only one I've ever seen actually do it. More
