They scheduled an appointment at a convenient time for me, which was early in the morning before work. Honda service also allowed me to leave my car there all day while I was at work. Next, the drop-off--I came in and brought my car down to the service department, handed over my keys and went over the service that would be done to the car. I also explained an additional issue I was having with the car that had recently started, and Justin said he would have the mechanics look at it. Then I left for the day and called later to confirm that my car was ready for pick up. I showed up, paid for the service and left. More

Honda Windward review They were friendly, professional and prompt. When we purchased car, only 1 key fob was available, they couldn't find the 2nd fob. After 3 weeks, they called. They needed our car and our original key fob to sync the 2nd fob. They completed their service and we are very happy with our car. More
