After leaving Honda my tire blew out Went in and got my regular service maintenance. Paid $175 or more. Left the dealership and my tire blew out. I drove less than a mile before my tire w Went in and got my regular service maintenance. Paid $175 or more. Left the dealership and my tire blew out. I drove less than a mile before my tire went completely flat. Had my 4 year old son in the car. It was a horrible experience. About a day later, I took my flat tire into the dealership. They told me I needed to pay $170 to replace my tire. I argued that I shouldn’t have to pay anything since prior to bringing my car in for a maintenance inspection everything was working properly. Moreover, I did not run over anything sharp that would puncture a hole, it just blew out. They would not cover the cost for a new tire, so I took my business elsewhere. I don’t think the blow out was my fault, and it looks bad on Honda especially since the incident occurred after getting my maintenance inspection and they said everything was good. moreover, I’ve been taking my car into Honda for about 8 years now, and spent a lot of money there. Not to mention my car was bought brand new from Honda. I believe Honda did not adequately inspect my vehicle to ensure that it was safe, and Honda may have also caused my tire to blow out. At the very least, I think they should reimburse me for the $175 that I spent for poor service. It was a good thing no one was hurt. More

Just a simple “ Hi, welcome, we’ll be right with you,” would have been nice (especially from the person who’s desk is right next to the door.) More

We even left the dealership and came back, he didn’t seem upset or disappointed at all when we said that we were going leave for a bit to checkout the dealership next door. After the purchase, he set up some of the options for us. He also did a few follow up calls with us and made sure that the service department addressed our concern with the moonroof. More
