Quick, and friendly The customer service is friendly. They were fast to perform service. Only pause was they did not do all service. Excellent and professional services through Derrick Higa Derrick Higa was thorough in servicing and checking my vehicle. He found my back lights were disconnected. Car was vacuumed and washed nicely. Tire Problem I had a tire that was leaking air and had to be filled up once a week. I thought it was a bent rim, but as it turned out it was a screw in the tire. excellent I had no problem getting my battery changed at no cost. But to get my car started the Honda free road service took over 3 hours to even get to respon I had no problem getting my battery changed at no cost. But to get my car started the Honda free road service took over 3 hours to even get to respond to my request(waited on the telephone for about 45 minutes to speak to a agent). When I got to the service center it only took 35 minutes to change my battery and run test of my charging system. More
Saved me lots of stress My 2011 Fit wouldn’t start so I had to get service from AAA. I needed a new battery but didn’t realize that the info that was programmed in all goes a My 2011 Fit wouldn’t start so I had to get service from AAA. I needed a new battery but didn’t realize that the info that was programmed in all goes away when the battery gets replaced....ugh. Not good for me since I’m not tech savvy. I tried to reprogram but got frustrated. Then I called Windward, took the car in. They reprogrammed and did my safety check. Hooray. All under 20 minutes. I’m so thankful. More

Super concerned about whether or not they would be able to squeeze in my car unannounced, if they would be able to repair, and how expensive it would be. Justin contacted me right away, advised that they would be able to address by end of day, and kept me posted once they determined the problem. Assured me that it was something rather minor and the cost to fix reasonable. Picked car up after work good as new. thank you Honda Windward for your usual efficient, friendly service! More
