Over it! Bought & serviced my car here for the last 6 years. They can NEVER find me in the system. It takes at least 10 minutes each time I call for them to l Bought & serviced my car here for the last 6 years. They can NEVER find me in the system. It takes at least 10 minutes each time I call for them to locate my file. My $200 service turns into a $1400 service with a bunch of trumped up, overpriced repairs. I’ll be servicing my cars elsewhere from now on. More

Quick, and friendly The customer service is friendly. They were fast to perform service. Only pause was they did not do all service. Tire Problem I had a tire that was leaking air and had to be filled up once a week. I thought it was a bent rim, but as it turned out it was a screw in the tire. excellent I had no problem getting my battery changed at no cost. But to get my car started the Honda free road service took over 3 hours to even get to respon I had no problem getting my battery changed at no cost. But to get my car started the Honda free road service took over 3 hours to even get to respond to my request(waited on the telephone for about 45 minutes to speak to a agent). When I got to the service center it only took 35 minutes to change my battery and run test of my charging system. More
