I went in for an oil change. Service was good but for the first time, the men I interacted with were not very friendly. The man in the service department was impatient and answered brusquely when I asked for appointment times and tried to clarify where I take my car. Then when I brought my car in, the man at the express window was efficient and got his work done but also did not make me feel welcome. No smile. No sincere gratitude for my business. Nothing to make me feel appreciated. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but decent civility is missing more and more from employees all over. Please remind your employees to show courtesy toward customers. More

This was easily the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. They made the trade in process so doable and made it possible for us to buy the vehicle we were hoping to get. I took my car in to be serviced, I waited in the waiting area for 4+ hours, when I went to check out and pick up my car the person who drove my car around handed the person at the desk my keys and the fob w area for 4+ hours, when I went to check out and pick up my car the person who drove my car around handed the person at the desk my keys and the fob was completely broken in half falling off the metal part. The person at the desk grabbed the keys and started to try and put them back together, he then asked me to wait outside and claimed he could fix it. About ten minutes later he came out and asked me for my key ring and put the fob back on it. I had to leave right away, but upon better inspection I noticed that the fob was cracked in multiple pieces and had to be super glued together. When I called to report what had transpired I was told the operations manager was not there and directed to leave him a voicemail. He did not call me back so I called again, then he was off for that day, and I was told to call back the next day. Later on, another person called me back and asked if I had a spare, then said that the operations manager told him to offer me a discount on another key. I felt they should replace my key since they broke it, so I said no thank you. That’s over $100 for something I am not responsible for. They told me to call back if I wanted to speak to the operations manager but they did not think he would replace it. Epic fail, I will not be returning to Honda Windward and I will be calling again until I get to speak with the manager!!! More
