Thank you Honda Windward Service dept. Our Service Advisor was Doug, we had to leave the vehicle to get some work done, they shuttled my son home and we got the car back when promised. Super super professional from first contact. Mike/Bob/Dave listened to our needs, found several options, and setup the purchase exactly as we had hoped. Their timing was accurate, there was NO surprises during closing with Juan (so often the finance guys mess around with you)...they made the whole process painless.
