Made an appt online but when I got there they said that there are no appt showing under my name and that they said that I should’ve called first to make an appt. Doesn’t make sense because I booked my appt there are no appt showing under my name and that they said that I should’ve called first to make an appt. One of the male personnel (I didn’t catch his name, tall guy) at the service desk overheard the conversation and stepped up and helped me out and made it possible for my vehicle to get the service I made. Recommending checking online appt service so there’s no confusion about appts. I drive all the way from Waianae and it could’ve been bad to get rejected and drive back without getting the service that I made the appt for. Thanks again to the that male person who helped me out.
