They always do their best to accommodate my time. They always check tires and Breaks and wipers. If I need air in my tires they do it for me which I appreciate due to arthritis in hands and wrist. Bought our first Honda from here 20 years ago. Customer service is excellent. Been a Honda owner since. I'm not sure it's that way at every Honda dealership.
