This was the easiest dealership my dad and I have worked with. It took about 2.5 hours to get everything done. The staff here was very welcoming, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The person working the front desk has excellent customer service. I believe his name is Kody Travaso. He took the time to explain to m knowledgeable. The person working the front desk has excellent customer service. I believe his name is Kody Travaso. He took the time to explain to me about an issue I was having. He answered my questions and explained to me the problem which turned out to be my key fob battery. He never made me feel rushed and also recommended other services that should be done soon which I will be coming back to do. I highly recommend coming to this Honda dealer for any Issues or service.
