Emergency Fix The silver button on the gear stick fell off. I was not able to put the car into Park or Reverse without the button on. Oil change and safety check They called in the morning to warn me of a parade. So I rescheduled for the same day. They called me when it was done. Unexpected problems and charges When I called in to have my oil change, which is under a plan, I was asked to have my brakes checked. I ended up having my brakes cleaned and my tires When I called in to have my oil change, which is under a plan, I was asked to have my brakes checked. I ended up having my brakes cleaned and my tires rotated. Ended up paying $147 for this service. Had a problem after the service with noise and the brakes still chattering. I took a mechanic with me to show him the problem. I ended up paying for 2 tires and having the rotos turned down. (why wasn't this done on my 1st visit) . I end up paying $400. I should have just stayed with the oil change. More
