Matt Chong was courteous and helpful. He immediately sat me down, asked what type of vehicle I was looking for, and the amount of money I was looking to spend. We looked through the selection of all of the vehicles and probably spent 5-8 minutes doing that before I made my selection. Right after, Matt took me out to test drive the 2 vehicles that I had selected. We probably spend 1 hr in total going through the entire process.
