Took my car for an oil change at 8 am told it would take like 2 hrs it was 3 pm and no one called me I had to call and got a voicemail I was finally called back to pick up car at around 3:15 then was asked like 2 hrs it was 3 pm and no one called me I had to call and got a voicemail I was finally called back to pick up car at around 3:15 then was asked if I wanted car washed and had to wait for it dealer had car for 7 hrs and waited till I got there to was car.
