Just bought a new Honda CRV from Honda World. The experience was great! My sales employee Ms. Semsa Rizvic was extremally helpful through the whole experience. I wanted a specific CRV which w The experience was great! My sales employee Ms. Semsa Rizvic was extremally helpful through the whole experience. I wanted a specific CRV which was top of the line gasoline only (EX-L). She showed me the inventory that was to be built and there was only 1 EX-L with the color I wanted. Wrote here a check for $500 and she reserved that exact vehicle for me. I was also able to tell her what accessories I wanted on the vehicle so when I came to pick it up everything was already installed. It only took a few weeks for the car to be built and sent straight to the dealership for me. Once it was ready we made a specific date for me to come and do the paperwork with Semsa and then I got with Cam Meredith to to finish the rest of the paperwork to get a extended warranty and the Ceramic coating on the outside and inside protection. Dorottya Fellegi was very helpful in showing me how to operate the vehicle with all the computer details. They also have a 1 hour class once a month to teach you about the vehicle and how to operate it which was very helpful. Service department with Hailey went very well when I brought it the next week to have the Ceramic coating done. Honda World has a lifetime powertrain warranty. I was well pleased with the whole process! More
