I wasn't planning the purchase that day because I hadn't looked around, yet we both knew what we wanted for the most part. I do wish they were able to get our payments lowered. I think when we purchased our honda civic brand new it was lower punts than purchasing the 2015 oddessy. But we got good service and we are happy with our 2015 Ford Oddessy. More

Wanted to make sure We left with all the information we needed to decide on a new vehicle.. He took a test drive with us in the 2019 Honda Pilot and answered questions we had. Wish him the best in his career. Since he is not certified yet on the new vehicles he lead us to Semsa Rizvic, Semsa was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were thinking about. She really helped us with the process and appreciated her Patients as well. She made the sales experience satisfying as buying a car is a very big purchase to Us since we hold on to our cars for a long duration. She also did a follow up phone call to make Sure we were happy with our purchase. Also worked with I believe Andy Weeks on purchase price and he was very accommodating as well. Easy to work with My beloved 2006 Honda Accord was totaled. I had goals that it would last at least 20 years and/ or 300,000 miles. It had 159,000 miles on it and the o My beloved 2006 Honda Accord was totaled. I had goals that it would last at least 20 years and/ or 300,000 miles. It had 159,000 miles on it and the only things ( besides strict adherence to the Maintenance Minder) that I had done to it were a new radio, headliner and starter. Lollie had been recommended to me by a friend who purchased a Civic last year. I made an appt to meet her and be introduced to the 2018 Accord one week after my accident. I was not yet ready to test drive the vehicle , but Lollie went the extra step and had a vehicle driven up to the front so I could sit in it and she demo'd the features. She was not pushy and didn't insist on test drive. I did due diligence and checked out car prices and did research on the car. About 2 weeks later, I made the decision that I did want the 2018 Accord and made another appt with Lollie for a test drive. I had a price in mind and Lollie and the manager ( Chuck, I believe) came close to that price. Lollie answered my questions and guided the purchasing process well. I never was " pushed" and feel I got a fair price for the car. I purchased the 2006 Accord and did 95% of the maintenance on it at Honda World. I haven't had a bad experience there. Now I am on to my goal of the 2018 Accord lasting 20 years/300,000 miles....just no car wreck this time! thanks Lollie. More
