Great Went in for a low tire pressure check. I knew that our tires were on the borderline of needing to be replaced. They suggested that we do it now. Re Went in for a low tire pressure check. Replaced all four tires, changed the automatic transmission fluid, topped off all other fluids, aligned and balanced new tires and washed it! Excellent service. Honda Piolt purchase The main complaint I had was in regards not having the car I wanted to see on site when I was told it was by the e-internet sales people. I was told t The main complaint I had was in regards not having the car I wanted to see on site when I was told it was by the e-internet sales people. I was told to see Mr. Gary Duvall, sales manger at the lot. Mr. Duvall introduce me to my sales person Mr. Shannon. Mr. Shannon worked hard trying to track down the car but after many trips on different lots we quickly found out the car was off site for repairs. He was very sorry about the mistake from the e-internet office which was out of his control. We did look at other cars but they were not the one I wanted. The following days (six) were follow ups by the sales office, salesman, and the owner of Honda world by by phone and email keeping me informed on the car progress. When the car arrived on the lot Mr. Shannon made sure I was the first to see it and I was able to inspect the car and made my bid. More
