Honda Piolt purchase The main complaint I had was in regards not having the car I wanted to see on site when I was told it was by the e-internet sales people. I was told t The main complaint I had was in regards not having the car I wanted to see on site when I was told it was by the e-internet sales people. I was told to see Mr. Gary Duvall, sales manger at the lot. Mr. Duvall introduce me to my sales person Mr. Shannon. Mr. Shannon worked hard trying to track down the car but after many trips on different lots we quickly found out the car was off site for repairs. He was very sorry about the mistake from the e-internet office which was out of his control. We did look at other cars but they were not the one I wanted. The following days (six) were follow ups by the sales office, salesman, and the owner of Honda world by by phone and email keeping me informed on the car progress. When the car arrived on the lot Mr. Shannon made sure I was the first to see it and I was able to inspect the car and made my bid. More

I actually felt like the salesman truly wanted my wife and I to get the vehicle we really wanted. We drove about 10 vehicles, took 2 different vehicles home over the course of a week before we settled on the one we purchased. Our salesman, Damon Hampton was absolutely fantastic!! I never worked with someone who was as flexible with his time regardless of when I called or texted. Even when he wasn't at work, he still made sure to get back in touch at anytime day or night.
