I purchased two accessories that had to be ordered and installed at a later date. I also paid for window tinting that was scheduled when my accessories arrived. A loaner car was promised while my vehicle was in their care. My first scheduled appointment somehow got messed up, so they rescheduled. When I arrived for my second appointment, I was told a loaner car wasn’t available, and they would call me for yet, a third appointment. I live 45 minutes from the dealership. To make matters worse, the service rep was very indifferent, never apologizing. More

So many businesses have lost the art of personalized customer service! I have continued to buy from these lots for over 20 years, (when they were still in the Swope family) and thier customer retention rate is proof that they are doing something right.
