They handled the maintenance contract I purchased very poorly. No offer of concession after my second car purchase from them. I also had convinced my sister to purchase a new car from them. The manager that had sold me the combined extended warranty and oil change for life is no longer there so they blamed it on him. I had driven a hour for an oil change that I expected to be free. Why would I do that if I knew there was a cost when I could have gotten it done for half the price 5 minutes from my house. As I was leaving xxxxxx off they still wanted me to give them a positive rating. Really does not make me feel like a valued customer after have done business with them for over eight years. More
