I tend to "over research" cars before deciding, and Ryan has been very accommodating with arranging test drives and being patient with me throughout the process. With my most recent purchase, the actual sales process was very low pressure, and the pricing was fair, especially considering the specific model/color I wanted was not in stock. Ryan and Honda World were able to obtain the specific configuration I wanted sooner than I expected, straight from the factory. I've also used Honda World's service department for many years and have been very satisfied. They do get a little too busy, but they've always done a good job. In the past, we've had warranty work done on a vehicle purchased elsewhere, and even then the work was top-notch, with the service department going above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of. More

I found a car I liked online and visited Honda World and was greeted by Michael Porro, who directed me to Arthur Wilson. It is a somewhat hilarious story I won't share here, but ultimately we surrendered that car to a couple who really deserved it more than us. Yet, Arthur continued to search for the perfect vehicle for me, based on feedback, and he let me know when he had something that was the perfect match. I came in, test drove, and couldn't turn it down - this vehicle is outstanding. His professionalism, kindness, and interaction with my whole family during the process was impeccable. His manager Michael was great to work with because I was trying to go against two long-standing policies that prevented purchase of the first vehicle and by letting me know about the other couple it was easier to let it go and start the search for the one I finally bought instead. I enjoyed doing business with these guys and will likely consider them for my wife's upcoming car purchase. I would highly recommend them - if they keep to their high standards on selecting good cars to offer and for training their people right, this is one of the best to deal with. More
