I returned because of the technical problem and spoke with Mr. Chuck Morelli who is the manager in training. He was the individual who refused to honor the contract we had signed in early October. In all my years of buying cars, which my husband and I have done over 50 times I have never had that happen. When I went to address the frustrating technical problem at the dealership, he was very curt and initially extremely unaccommodating. While they were very busy, he brushed me off at first. He did eventually find someone to assist me over the phone when I complained about having the problem with a brand new car.He needs people skills.
