Everything about the purchase was clear and easy. We liked the finance person as well but I don't recognize his name in these drop down selections. The only thing that happened was that when they presented us with the final paperwork the amount owed was incorrect. The original quote had included a package that we had opted out of but that was still on the paperwork. That was an oversight but was quickly corrected once I pointed it out. Overall, it was an excellent experience. More
