They will sell your car to someone else WARNING WARNING, DO NOT buy a used car from Honda World if dealing from out of state. They will sell it right out from under you if a better offer c WARNING WARNING, DO NOT buy a used car from Honda World if dealing from out of state. They will sell it right out from under you if a better offer comes along. I decided to finance through them even though my credit union had a better rate because they cut they doc fee buy $400, if I financed through Honda World. They had also reserved and were willing to pay for a one way rental for a 6 hour drive to their dealership to pick up my dream car. I was quite impressed. I was even going to buy an extended warranty from them. I texted the salesman on a Monday at 8:00 am stating I could be there on Thursday. The salesman’s final text indicated they sold the car Sunday night! Why would you go to so much effort and sell a car right out from under someone? I would have gladly offered a deposit of any amount needed if they had requested one! I assumed I was coming to pick up my car. This unknown Honda World manager who gave my car to another buyer is xxxx, so stay away if you are an out of state buyer and not physically sitting in the building because you may lose your dream car like I did. Unfortunately they now have my credit app with enough personal info for payback for a less than positive review. I am quite concerned with their access to my credit now, but even so, I thought buyers needed to know what to expect from this dealership. Sincerely, Rick Smiley More

Super amazing! I came in for an 11:00 am appointment with the salesman that showed my wife and I the car a few days earlier. My salesman wasn’t there. The manager, M I came in for an 11:00 am appointment with the salesman that showed my wife and I the car a few days earlier. My salesman wasn’t there. The manager, Mike told me I would have a new salesman working with me. I was a little anxious to get this process started so I could get my car and get home. Then my new salesman Damon, introduced himself. Very quickly my anxiousness turned to appreciation to get to know this shining spirit of a man. Damon made the process of buying a car seem more like having coffee with an old friend or maybe a new friend. As we talked, we shared inspirational stories about our families and our faith. As we were about to finish up, I got to meet one of his daughters he had so proudly told me about. I couldn’t wait to get home to show my wife our new car but also to tell her about our new friend Damon and show her the pics of him and his daughter. My experience was super amazing and yes by the way, I bought a beautiful car that my wife and I are really excited about. Thank you Honda World for my new car and new friend. More
