Great Experience My husband and I drove 2 1/2 hours (Indpls, IN) to test drive a 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury that was listed online. I contacted the dealership twice (da My husband and I drove 2 1/2 hours (Indpls, IN) to test drive a 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury that was listed online. I contacted the dealership twice (day before & day of) to confirm the vehicle was available and was told it was. When we arrived, it wasn't on the lot. It was at the garage, which was offsite, being detailed. With that said, we were unable to test driving the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle based on pics we saw online and the word of the sales team. And, they delivered it to us later that week!! We love it!! Thank you, Honda World!! We'll definitely be back!! Poor communications & customer service I visited this dealership to look at a car. I went for a test drive with my salesman, Arthur. He was pleasant and quite knowledgeable. It was Sunday s I visited this dealership to look at a car. I went for a test drive with my salesman, Arthur. He was pleasant and quite knowledgeable. It was Sunday so he informed to return on a week day to have my car appraised. I returned 2 days later and was told by Mike (one of the managers) that it would take 10 minutes to appraise it. After about 40 minutes I had to leave to go for another appointment. I was informed by Arthur that I would be contacted later but nobody from the dealership called. I contacted Arthur the next day and found out what they were willing to give me for my car. I was not satisfied with their offer so I didn't buy their vehicle. A few days later, I received a text message from the dealership asking if I had traded my car. I had not done so and I was informed that they were offering 120% of KBB book value. I said I was interested and I would be there at 3pm. Shortly after, I received a message that they could not offer any more than what they had already. Obviously I was shocked. Why would they offer 120% of KBB and then back out? As a result, I contacted the dealership to speak to Scott McKeely (manager at the big lot) and was told that he would return my call. I also left a voice mail for Mike Munoz (one of general managers). Neither of them had the courtesy to return my phone calls. More
