Attentive care and excellent negotiation I was originally in the market for a pre-owned Lincoln and had checked several other dealerships prior to visiting Honda World. This dealership had a pre-owned 2015 Lincoln MKC that I was interested in. Semsa greeted my partner and I upon getting to the dealership and made sure we were comfortable while she pulled the car from the lot. She was never pushy while we were taking it for a test drive. She explained the features of the vehicle, the warranties included, and the available services that Honda World would be able to provide us after the purchase. Initially, the financing team quoted an interest rate that was too high for my budget, so we walked from the sale that evening. The next day, the price of the vehicle had dropped significantly and a far better interest rate was delivered. We came back and took the deal that day. The only issue we had was with the one of the managers, Troy, who made insensitive remarks to Semsa, calling her Slava and other ethnicity jokes several times to her face.. Who does that? My partner and I intentionally tried to avoid him after that. Semsa was great and would recommend working with her to anyone. She's been available to me on her personal cell phone since purchasing, always quick to answer and provide quality care. I can't recommend her highly enough. More
