When it came time to negotiate a price, I feel we both settled at a price that was fair. The delivery specialist, Eric, was very thorough in explaining the various parts of my new car. He also took the time to ask me my preferences and make the settings on the car. Jeani was competent and showed me the various warranties and insurances that were available. She also offered no pressure on me to purchase anything, though I did. I was not pressured to upgrade. Though the entire process, once I decided to purchase, still took quite some time before I could drive off the lot, it was a nice visit and I was given the information I needed to make an informed decisiion. Super job in time of need! Our 2006 Odyssey finally gave up after 13 years and 187000+ miles...and we weren’t expecting it quite so soon. The price of the repairs was more than the vehicles value. So we went looking for another Odyssey and we’re fortunate enough to find Leilani to guide us through the process. With Leilani’s patience, great customer care and service we were able to get the vehicle we wanted (which wasn’t even on the lot yet) in minimum time. She did a great job in shepherding the vehicle and us through the dealership processes (reconditioning, finance, etc) and getting it to us quickly thus minimizing rental expenses.
