First time Honda owner I was ready to change my 13 year old car for something brand new. I chose Honda because it has an excellent reputation and the Fit because I wanted a smallish car but with good carrying capacity and the reviews were good. Many other dealers were not particularly helpful... the production stopped for several months as the factory was flooded so this was a long wait. Ryan Anderson picked up the ball, stayed in touch regularly and was generally helpful and communicative. If it hadn’t been for this, I my have given up ( after waiting 8 months for my car) and looked elsewhere. I am glad I waited. Very happy with my new car and with what I expect to be excellent service in the future from Honda World. More
