all good, very satisfied with James and Honda World I thought I needed a new alternator on my 2012 CRV - from having to purchase a new battery from Auto Zone (right down the street from me on a Saturd I thought I needed a new alternator on my 2012 CRV - from having to purchase a new battery from Auto Zone (right down the street from me on a Saturday afternoon) James recommended having the diagnostic test first. Thankfully, my alternator was fine, as was everything else on the car, and I was saved about $800 from having to purchase a new alternator. So grateful to James and Honda World. Susie Secuskie More

Instead of hounding me with sales gimmicks and tricks, he let the car speak for itself. I appreciated his approach and his no pressure tactics. It was because of this that I decided to purchase the vehicle. The second day (when I came back to purchase the vehicle), Chris Stomberg helped me out and looked over the car with me again. Both he and Bill were very professional and friendly. If it were just about them, this would be a five star review. However, once I was done with Chris and Bill, I had to see the sales manager for final paperwork and payment. My fiancé and I waited for more than a half hour to see anyone. We watched as no less than five personnel helped another one out while he was having computer troubles. Not one of them acknowledged the two of us or offered us even a water. We were actually counting down until we were going to walk out without a car. The sales manager made it to us with three minutes to spare. That was unacceptable. More
